Legally binding agreement regarding the page maintenance interface

Between 'Start vzw' (later on mentioned as 'StartDE.com' or 'the organisation') and the page editor (later on mentioned as 'the page editor' or 'I') is agreed upon as user policy the following:

• I agree to treat all login information regarding the StartDE.com-page maintenance interface as confidential and agree not to pass any of this information along to third parties. All communication between the management of StartDE.com and myself will be regarded as confidential as well.
• I agree not to engage in any activity that can harm the functioning of StartDE.com or that can harm the image or services of StartDE.com or its page editors. I am not a staff member of any other similar initiative and I have no intention to cause any harm to StartDE.com in neither direct nor indirect way.
• I acknowledge that the lay-out, html-code, javascript code, its database and any other information that can be found on StartDE.com, its subdomains or any other domains related to StartDE.com are protected by copyright and that these are not to be copied, adapted or passed on to third parties without explicit written permission of the organisation. I acknowledge that StartDE.com is entitled to claim for damages - caused by not adhering to any or more of these rules by its moderators - directly from me, the page editor a minimum fine of € 5,000.00 per incident.
• The page editor is not permitted to charge any fees or rewards in exchange for listing or delisting certain sites or information on the page maintained by him or her. Furthermore it is not permitted for the page editor to present himself as a representative of the management team of the organisation. The page editor is not entitled to engage in any agreements or contracts on behalf of the organisation. Becoming a page editor does not entitle me to receive any financial or other benefits or to become the owner of the page or information on the page that I maintain. The organisation is entitled to releave or reassign a page editor at any time and without the need to provide any further explanation.
• Page editors agree to adhere to the agreement as listed here. This user policy can be updated at will by StartDE.com at any time.
